I would recommend it if you're looking for a full breakfast, but not worth the money if you are a cuppa-and-run kind person.

It's rated a 3 star but this must be only from a lack of certain (unimportant in my view) facilities like minibar etc, but the standard of the rooms are definitely a good 4 star, and I've seen supposed 4 & 5 star hotels with rooms that would not be as good as the Cross.

On arrival the receptionist was very abrupt about telling us that our room was not ready.

Lack of services and staff were not as polite comparing to what one expects in any other country nevermind Japan as a country known to have qualifty customer service!

Room size is not huge but quite decent with nice design to maximize space usage.
