    Overall, I felt that it was a very luxurious hotel with Japanese-style rooms (tatami floor, futon bedding).

    The staff was extremely helpful; the futon beds were really soft and comfortable, except for the flat pillows.

    The room was fantastic, the food was great and the staff were really helpful, even assisting my travel companion in securing soccer tickets to a game in Osaka.

    We had two rooms with private toilet, but without bathroom, so we had the opportunity to experience the public bathroom that is very nice and relaxing after a day full of activities.
