    While convenient to the Kyoto Station, the hotel is not convenient for sightseeing or nightlife, and there are few restaurants close by, aside from the many in Kyoto Station.

    The food at this hotel, as well as at Kyoto station tended to be very expensive, and we overpaid for a lot of meals just for the convenience.
