    a good few minutes walk through the second floor to take another elevator into another building, but i must admit that a massage here is not only heavenly, it is essential.

    Finally, we really wanted to mention the extreme kindness of seemingly everyone in the hotel, from front desk to concierge via waiters, cleaners, beauty therapists, and even the hotel manager.
