close to all must see and a wonderful location away from all the busy and noisy crowds, however the cleanliness in the room needs to be much better, terrible smell in the room and the continental breakfast is not bad but not great either.

Conveniently located by a vaporetto stop and near the stop for the airport boat.

The room was beautifully renovated and located right on the Grand Canal for an excellent view out front.

Great location - quiet area in the evening, very handy for the Vaporettos & access to the other islands, and only 15 mins walk from the main tourist sites of Venice.

The hotel has a great location in terms of the ferry and water taxis and amenities.

The location is simply superb - a bit removed from the tourist crowds (but only a short walk away from the hotspots), and with fantastic views and rooms which make you feel like a princess...
