ROOMS TOO SMALL

la estadia fue pesima ya que nos dieron una habitacion no renovada con un bano en estaddo deplorable sucio y antihigienico el peor lugar en el que he estado para no volver es un fraude tener habitaciones lindas y otras deplorables y no es claro el criterio de eleccion despues de quejarnos en los terminos mas duros nos cambiaron de habitacion en la parte renovada del hoel yo soy un cliente que voy a este Hotel por mas de 15 anos.

This hotel smells as it has smoking rooms and it lacked cleaning; our room was extreamely small and it seemed the room was inclined due to settlement; this hotel was the worst in our 18 day trip...

This trip however, I noticed the paint was flaking off in the bathroom in our room, I had to ask for a bathrobe which, while it was delivered promptly, was a little tatty.

The beds are comfortable but the rugs in the rooms need replacing they are stained.

Excellent location by Via Condotti, pretty rooms but above all excellent front desk staff who are charming and helpful at all times.
