    7 hours later, we decided we were not going back and we cancelled our booking and moved to a real three star hotel across the street, where we had extremely courteous service in 4 languages, and a marble floored suite for the same price!

    The service at Carravaggio was wonderful, the kind lady escorted us to our room and arranged a dinner booking for us at a lovely near by restaurant named Cotto where we received complimentary welcome drinks.
