I still hate when I arrive at a "business hotel" and they charge for wifi.

The "business center" consisted of one PC and one printer, in the middle of the lobby.

WiFi was available in room for a price per 24 hours, but was very difficult/impossible to use, as it was broadband, and you have to use a cable to hook up your laptop.
