,In spite of the crowds in the lobby and the numbers arriving down for breakfast, everything ran smoothly and the staff were very helpful at all times.

I was left very disappointed with our stay in the Burlington Hotel, We arrived and was told there would be an issue with our room this was at 8pm thought they would have sorted and least have it ready by 8pm, we booked family room Double bed Single bed as three girls staying in room, First of all i believe the original room was given away to guest from the ball function that was taken place - they gave us a room on fifth floor with 2 twin bed we where told another bed would follow was not happy room was tiny and no way could a third bed fit , we where moved to a double room leaving us short a single bed..
