    The staff at the Barnacles hostel were amazing and helped heaps with deciding what to do, where to drink etc - they even came for a pint once or twice.

    Small details mattered to me: they supplied shampoo and shower gel and hand gels, they had reading lights above each of the single beds, the kitchen was very spacious and clean, their common room was separate from the kitchen with free wifi and comfy couches and plenty of room to bring ur laptop to surf online!
