Breakfast took half an hour to be served, staff found that funny when we complained.

The staff are also friendly and would offer their advice on places to go, transport etc.

Don't get me wrong - the staff are all really friendly and nice, the rooms are clean and nice, breakfast is okay - but their booking system sucked big time.
