Hotek asked to have the bill paid in cash but when i refused strangely the credit card facility would not work so had to go to a atm with a staff member to get them cash, staff also thought this laughable.

While there are no facilities like a swimming pool or an in-house restaurant, it does not really matter because there are many eating places near by.
