This is really not acceptable where staff are frankly the lowest cost in your P&L, you can have dozens of cleaning and maintenance staff, but if you don't have good supervision or standards, you will lose out.

The only issues I had were the location, which is not as central as I would have liked and the fact that I had to pay extra for internet connection, which was expensive and inconvenient.
