It’s a shame that I came away from the hotel feeling that I’d been ripped off, because I would otherwise have had a fairly positive impression: the staff are helpful; the hotel is well located and smart (though the carpet was stained in my room); and there was a very good breakfast.

Rooms are spacious and well maintained (it is an old Hotel), staff is very friendly even if you have to go through so many check points (at least 3 before you reach your room – security is at a very high level in this city).

From the friendly and efficient check in, the superbly renovated rooms, the restaurant and lobby bar service it was truly a memorable experience and I would certainly go back for more!
