    Upon arriving, the check in was unbelievably slow and the staff had no courtesy to ask you to sit first after the long flight and horendous Jakarta traffic, to top it all, no apology was offered for the delay.

    Ibis Hotel is good value for money and is located in the midst of a huge shopping area where there are at leasr 3 large shoppinng plazas within walking distance from each other and may are connected to each other.

    We would prefer having the room clean everyday throughout the stay we had with them but instead the room was exactly the way we left it.
