The restaurant food and service remain dreadful; a lamb chop took 25 minutes to arrive and was so tough as to be virtually uneatable.

PROS: Good service, Blue Bird taxi's at the lobby, easy to go to different nice places in Jakarta, nice swimmingpool, very nice and delicious food, the room was exactly what I expected, Mall Ciputra is very near (you can walk there), we had a kind of city view and could see Monas, when you hang your room cleaning tag on the door the cleaners will come pretty fast..
