   Friendly service, lively atmosphere, good location, nice breakfast set up; rooms a little tired but fine; internet a bit hard to connect to (two hours free per day for standard rooms), but the thing that has let it down twice now is that they are ridiculously pernickety when it comes to the minibar when checkingout - both times i have stayed here the same thing has happened - keeping me waiting for ages during checkout over the minibar usage -my colleague was accused of drinking a diet Coke from the minibar when he had not - he had drunk two beers and does not like diet Coke - but they insisted he had and took ages to confirm the fact while we were kept waiting (a Driver outside waiting to take us to see a business customer) - all this for a measly $2.00

   Very pleasant stay at the Grand Executive Club and friendly staff (door man, executive front desk, waiters at lounge, bell boy & others).
