The staff were extremely helpful and very welcoming; the buffet breakfasts in the Spice Restaurant were excellent, and in general its food was so good that we hardly began to explore the other restaurants in the overall Nirwana Gardens complex ourselves (though fellow guests gave us a good report of the Thai restaurant).

The staff were helpful, the food good, but it was the accomodation (make sure you get a beachfront chalet - worth the extra) that made it (once we switched to a room with a double rather than twin beds).

There are a lot of activities to engage in, the rooms are spaceous, the food good and most importantly the staff are very friendly and helpful.
