    The staff were friendly, but they didn't have coca-cola, didn't have the sauce advertised on the menu for the Thai fried rice, and were extremely slow.

    However you get your very own villa, set in beautifully tended gardens overlooking the sea and are waited on hand and foot by the extremely helpful and courteous staff.

    Beautiful rooms and views, picture-perfect and quiet beach, great restaurants and friendly staff make this hotel a fantastic relaxation spot!

    The staff are friendly enough but there is just something lacking which I am not sure they would ever be able to add.

    Pools are OK, staff really friendly but I wouldn't recommend going unless it is properly refurbished.

    At lunch or dinner you'd ask or chopsticks, and that would take 5 or 10 minutes to arrive, even though they had plenty of staff; meanwhile food grew cold or drinks warm.
