The Banyan Tree Bintan occupies 240 hectares of seafront and is the most luxurious property. Shaded by trees on a hillside with breathtaking views, the villas are beautifully modeled on Balinese architecture. It has 55 one bedroom villas with en-suite bathrooms and outdoor jetpools. Another 15 villas even have their own private swimming pools. The Treetops Restaurant stands beside a grotto and swimming pool. The hotel has close ties to Singapore and Indonesia. Banyan Tree Bintan is located at Tanjong Said on a secluded bay on the northwestern tip of Bintan Island.
