    Indifferent Angsana staff at ferry terminal - our family attempted to check in our baggage on our own at the ferry terminal and approached an Angsana staff already at the baggage counter for advice.

    The staff were very curteous and helpful and the key areas of the hotel were excellent although the bedrooms were perhaps looking a bit dated they were very clean and fresh.
