    The service for their Angsana Suite was surprisingly terrible: Transfers to-and from resort - we waited 20 mins, with no explanations, before the transport left the ferry terminal for the resort.

    We were upgraded without even having to ask, our room was beautiful, very clean, great air conditioning, lovely furnishings and very spacious.
