    The location (on a great surfers' beach), hotel (filled with antique museum pieces), and room (overlooking the ocean)were all over the top.

    Now don't get me wrong, we did visit the Four Seasons Jimbaran for (very over-priced for Bali) cocktails and it was pretty enough with hundreds of candles on the beach and a live band performing on the sand.

    We found thhe food quite good and had intended to eat downtown but after a day touring we typically just chilled out and had dinner delivered to our pool room.

    The hotel's location is fab, it is quite isolated but at least there are not so many tourists (apart from some surfers on the beach).
