The spa is exotic, tranquil and heavenly but costly, however, if you do not want to spend a fortune, it is definitely worth going to the public one.

- The hotel we stayed in for our second week in Bali gave us a cake and decorated the room which is not a huge thing but at least it was something, the Laguna did Nothing!

This said, no hotel or resort is ever 100% perfect (although the Laguna comes about as close as I've ever experienced).

is not a cheap resort to stay at, however I would not go anywhere else in Bali You do get what you pay for I debated between Westin/Intercontinental/the conrad.I

The only downside is the very expensive internet access, something that they should consider providing for free.

Upon check in, we were told that, although we had booked a regular garden view room, we got upgraded to a laguna access room as our room preference was not available.
