About 10 minutes walk from Laguna is the Bali Collection, a very nice shopping/restaurant complex that is great for dinner, lunch, souvenir shopping, etc.

Other than this there isn't much in the Nusa Dua area, so be sure to go check out Kuta, especially for the best exchange rates in the Kodak shops.
