The room was excellent very spacious and clean, loved the butler service complimentary tea and coffee bought to your room and the free afternoon tea served in the restaurant at 3.00

everything said in the reviews is true - the service is wonderful - the rooms are clean and luxurious - the bed is soooooooooooooo comfy - the grounds are lush and clean - afternoon tea everyday was a treat - we used the gym, which had nice equipment.

The first day we arrived there we were given a nice room on the 4th floor but we found some problem with the Airconditioning so they upgraded us to a room with direct access to the Lagoon.

The check-in greeting was over the top, complete with native dancers, live local music, and welcome refreshments as we signed our paperwork sitting down in large, comfortable chairs.

The lagoon access rooms are very nice and having lagoon access directly from the room was just so much fun!
