We had a wonderful holiday at Laguna the staff were lovely and always there to help if needed our butler and head butler were fantastic our very special afternoon teas were a wonderful experience and the tinkling of the piano was a lovely touch the grounds and pools were a credit to the staff front desk was the most effiient we have come across in Asia and our cars we had for our trips were so modern and the drivers excellent and the chefs in the restaurants did some beautiful dishes each day to wet our appetites we always ate at the restaurant cant wait to return Ron & Carol Clark Queensland Australia
