Guest Reviews of Melia Benoa Hotel Bali Based on a 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent) rating system

The hotel is in the process of upgrading the air conditioning and when we mentioned to reception that our room was not cool enough they supplied a large free standing fan within 15 min this was put in the room and the next day the manager phoned us to ask if we would like a new air con unit fitted in the room, this they carried out while we were on the beach and when we returned to the room it was like a fridge, not a bit of mess was left.

Clean room facilities and a good degree, but some can be further enhanced disinsected; hotel staff were very cordial, very best of service delivery; beach is beautiful, and there is a very good beach facilities; delicious breakfast in general, but some meals Department Xu stuffy

the rooms are lovely, spacious with huge beds, although the air con isnt cool enough and needs upgrading...

The rooms are clean and a bit dated but the hotel has a plan for renovating rooms and this started at the end of last year.

Good flat screen TV that could be swivelled to face the bed or sofa, a well stocked free mini bar, and a wonderful free laundry service that was lightening fast.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the pool is really nice and the beach with the lounge chairs are great!
