    The service in the multicuisine restaurant is very slow and easy going.

    The initial room I was given smelt rather musty and when I complained I was given a new upgraded room without hesitation.

    The neighborhood is average but this is Bombay (a lot of people are very poor).

    We paid for breakfast and although it is expensive, it just makes such a difference to eat breakfast at the hotel at leisure.
