    My thoughts, and words of the brochure describe it as ‘resplendent of vaulted alabaster ceilings, onyx columns, graceful archways, laid with hand-woven silk carpets, impeccable furniture, topped with crystal chandeliers’ – that’s the layout of the luxurious hotel.

    I was here for business but will return with my family as I think this is a fantastic oasis from which to explore Mumbai I Disliked: Although located in a prestigious area of the city, being at the southern most point of Mumbai means a very long airport transfer and getting anywhere other than South Mumbai was a real drag.
