The Residency Fort has the good fortune to have loyal staff. Many have been on the team for two decades, some are approaching their third.

The Residency Fort is a 2-star business hotel of 40 rooms. We offer 38 single and double rooms in the single, double and twin bed configurations. Complimenting this are two spacious suite rooms on the top floor.

Our rooms are a portrait of Mumbais interesting balance of past, present and future. Rooms at the Residency Fort offer the up-to-date facilities expected of a contemporary 2-star hotel.

And in tribute to the past, the hotel is set in natural colours of brown, burgundy and off-white pastels, as is tradition in this historic district.
