The pool area of the hotel is nice, but the neighborhood right around it isn't great - though there are other luxury hotels nearby - a Hyatt and an ITC Luxury Collection brand (another Starwood).

Extremely far away from downtown Mumbai but close to Andheri-Kurla, Bandra-Kurla complex, etc.

Good staff, resonably quiet location off the main airport road, but nothing really around the hotel, so not good if your a tourist.

The location is best for airport travel, but if you plan your times right you can avoid major traffic (you will soon realise that major traffic is almost constant in Mumbai).
