Its location is very good - you get a lovely view of the sea and at the same time it is very near the main shopping/business area of bombay.

I enjoyed the Marine Drive location, which allows you to take a bit of a breather from the insanity that is the rest of Mumbai; others might argue that it is less central than other hotels, but you can still walk virtually everywhere from the Intercontinental, and joining the morning and evening walkers on the promenade was one of the highlights of this visit.
