For dinner, they had a sumptuous buffet fare every night, usually with two Goan specialty curries, including the famous Goan Prawn Curry, Xacuti Curry, Vegetable Curry, a Paneer (Cottage Cheese) dish, a chinese style vegetable, noodles, rice, Indian flat bread including Roti, Parathas and two desserts.
