    And now is the time to talk about the worst experience: I had extremely bad experience in terms of check-in ,it took hotel staff 1/2 hour to check us in which is simply unacceptable.

    Reception: Clean, front desk staff was helpful, though i dint get a sea facing room as requested, but the pool facing was ok.

    I stayed in goa for 5th time,desided to spend the day at goan heritage by pool,the staff were very rude we had to pay 200 rupees to sit by pool, i went to take some photos in garden one of the room boys followed me friend , I questioned to friend why was he watching us then he disapeared, I left my bag on sun bed with my daughter who had gone to sleep...
