I like the athmosphere, comfy room, delicious dinner @Jade, very helpful & friendly staffs, clean & tidy bathroom & beds (I love the pillows).

Relatively speaking the hotel is expensive but you get excellent food, excellent service, excellent rooms, a superb bar, swimming pool andall the trimmings of coofee making facilities, hot water, air conditioning and refirgerator and room service facilities.

The staff are extremely friendly without coming accros as superficial, and any issues are solved quickly-we had a problem with shower not draining properly,and this was fixed very efficiently.

Our first bout of stay was excellent - staff were helpful polite and accommodating - the service in the restuarants was excellent - rooms were very nice - just by the pool - all in all on this occasion the hotel was very good.
