    The problem I have is that I e-mailed the hotel the day I left as well as two people in the central Taj offices in India and received absolutely no response or acknowledgment of my concern.

    The location was good too, about 20 minutes from the international airport and 10 minutes from the city centre.

    The only negative comment that I can make is that of the environment around it - there is no shopping opportunity within short walking distance, but on the positive site the hotel is located in the Diplomatic Enclave which makes it a safe venue.

    There is nothing within walking distance, so don't stay here if you were hoping to walk to India Gate or Old Delhi!
