The extra effort to ensure a chocolate on his pillow at night despite admonitions to the contrary (his mother doesn’t usually allow him candies) the small gesture of checking that Crispies are his favorite breakfast cereal, the superb coordination by staff who stepped up to the plate one night and kept him busy so that my wife and I could enjoy arguably the finest Thai dinner in the country.
