their service is really good and reasonable priced, even the minibar, but the laundry prices are ridiculous.

The rooms are a bit small (you are in central Bangalore after all) but they have very good food and service to make up for it.

Also good turnaround on ironing, laundry etc when in a rush - the iron and ironing board in the room, very useful Lows: - piped music in the corridors, I found this quite intrusive and has to ask for it to be turned off every evening as it could be heard in the room (that said, they always turned it off promptly when asked) - smallish rooms - the standard rooms are not huge although perfectly adequate - noise, one night there was a party by the pool with loud music until about midnight.

Getting hotel rooms in Bangalore is very difficult during "high" season.

The location is good, but note the following: 1) the neighborhood is a bit noisy, with street-traffic creating quite a din; 2) because the hotel is so new, no one in town knows where it is, so be sure to get the staff to give some landmarks to help people find the place!
