The staff are fantastically pleasant and helpful, the travel desk is impeccable, the room excellent value (and has very nice soap, etc as well as fruit and biscuits supplied every day).

The furnishings in the rooms are a little dated and the bathrooms could use an upgrade, but I thought it was a FANTASTIC value for the money.
