Nice clean room and good location

Pros: - Great location near Bridge, walking distance to castle & surrounding sights - Clean - Staff helpful when asked about anything - Taxi service was trustworthy & reliable Cons: - Very off bathroom in room with huge tub which was too high to get into comfortably and no shower screen, even though there was a shower head - which resulted in water going all over the floor - The iron was difficult to get ahold of to the point you might have believed there was only 1 to share across the whole hotel - very little space to hang clothes in room - hangers for 4 items only provided Read more

Our room was very comfortable, clean, we had a Castle view room with a small balcony.
