As the Hilton is located a fair distance from the main Tumon shopping/dining area if you plan to move around a fair bit and are comfortable driving then would definitely recommend a rental car (book ahead to get better rates!

CONS: Location is edge of hotel area, so it is a little bit far from shopping zone..

It is a bit off the main strip so walking to tourist and shopping attractions is a bit far, but I personally like the privacy of the location.
