Getting our room cleaned- housekeeping frequently did not replace our used towels with new ones.

Filthy carpet and bath tile grout, louver bath door offers no privacy, bath towels are not replenished, no phone directory/instructions, lamp shade falling apart, outrageous prices at onsite bar/grill.
