The hotel is fantastic, the staff is great and helpfull, the food is briliand and fresh but the neighbourhood is not the best but is cose to city centre (15 - 20 min walk).

The positives about this property: (1) location on S-bahn train line (S8) directly from the airport to Rosenheimplatz, (2) signage within the Rosenheinplatz subway station directing us to the hotel (short walk via an enclosed shopping mall connected to the station) (3) walking distance to Marienplatz (although we took the subway 2 stops since it was raining), businessmen's hotel, so it was clean and well appointed, (4) excellent, efficient service (and, without our asking, a staff member overhearing our lament about the rain offered us Novatel umbrellas to take with us) and (5) the hotel has air conditioning.
