Berlin's Sunshinehouse offers 70 comfortably appointed, extremely reasonably priced rooms in 18 accommodation units. The complex is situated in a central location on an area of around 2,500 sq m close to the Insbrucker Platz local S-Bahn and subway train station.

Room size: from 17 sq m.

Almost all beds are single beds continuously fitted with bedclothes.

There is one shower-bathroom between each two rooms.

The central area of each accommodation unit consisting of 4 rooms contains one small kitchen area with dishes and cutlery. Apart from that, you will find a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster.

There is a lounge to relax in on the premises, which is equipped with a large TV set and games.

Minimum stay: 2 nights.

A fee of 5,00 will be charged for bookings of 1 night.
