Excellent location 100m from the nearest SBahn station (Anhalter) and there is some nice cafe / restaurants nearby Cafe Strassman and an Italian restaurant on the corner across from Cafe Strassman that was one of the best Italian food we had (outside of Italy) and excellent value -not even 40 euro for 3 courses each, tea and 2 Erdinger.

Overall: excellent hotel, was extremely good value for money, but if you want to be in the thick of things you will find the neighbourhood very quiet.
