The personnel was very polite and helpful, the room very clean and taken care of everyday by the staff (fresh towels and bed linen, fresh coffee cups, etc).

The staff is very kind and helpful, but because it is so large (about 300 rooms) you have no personal connection to the people who work there, at the reception for example.
