At breakfast the restaurant served a wide selection of specialist teas and had an excellent selection of food including a chef being permanently on hand to freshly cook a choice of omelette, eggs, pancakes, waffles and crepes.

We spent a good few hours, after a day at the zoo, in the bar enjoying the cocktails designed by the head barman (really nice guy, sorry I can't remember his name), they were great and he shares a taste for good Gin.
