The hotel is situated in the heart of the Kaiserstuhl with its picturesque vineyards. The rooms have just been lovingly redecorated to make you feel at home. The hotel Schwarzer Adler with its gourmet restaurant holds one Michelin star since 1969. The cuisine has been amongst Germanys best for decades, we serve classical French and regional cuisine. The family-run business has a longstanding tradition, the wine list is one of the worlds largest and consists of approximately 1,800 positions, and it has been awarded for several times. Another part of the family-run business is the traditional wine estate, visit our unique wine cellar graved 110 meters into the mountain where our famous Bordeaux and burgundy wines mature in original wooden boxes. Wine tasting on request.
