Great experience checking in, although one staff member was abrasive, all the others were friendly and helpful.

Staff, especialy an old french lady,very unfriendly,tried to give us a room with a water bucket in the middle of the bed because the water wax dripping from above.

The reception lady is very friendly compared to other Paris hotel that i've been, About 5 minitue walk to Eiffel Tower and very close to all the main attraction such as the Lourve, the Orsay Museum etc.

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was fair, and the room was adequate.

CONS: Slightly smokey smell in the room and person at front desk said there were no "non-smoking" rooms.
